The Hill Vallejo is a cross cultural, multi-generational group that reflects the wonderful diversity of our city and the Kingdom of God.

We exist to connect people with God and one another; and to unleash compassion both locally and globally. The Hill is known as a place of acceptance, love, and care for all who attend. Services at The Hill Vallejo have been described as relevant, relational, and real. We invite you to experience one firsthand. Together we can live our vision:

Everyone, Everywhere, Following Jesus.

How can we be praying with you?

“Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”
— 2 Corinthians 9:6-7

Scott has led The Hill Vallejo for over 25 years.

His passion is to lead a culturally diverse, multi-generational group of people in the context of a church that knows no borders. Scott's desire is to see the people connect within the church while intentionally developing relationships with others in the communities where they live and work, challenging them to follow Jesus without all the religious trappings.
Scott and his wife Betsy migrated west from Minnesota with an 11 year stop in Nebraska. They have 7 children and 12 grandchildren.
Scott’s favorite authors/speakers include, Erwin McManus, Tommy Barnett, and Andy Stanley.
